A notary public is an official appointed by the state government to witness and certify the signing of legal documents.
We can notarize a variety of documents, including affidavits, power of attorney, wills, deeds, and more. We are not able to draft these documents for you.
You will need to provide a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, to be notarized. If you fail to provide proper identification, the notary may refuse service.
We are not attorneys and will not provide any legal advice. If you are not sure what you need, contact the representative who is providing the documents you need notarized.
